iPod ban at road races.

With iPods warming up to the running crowd, certain events are banning their use. Serious runners insist that they disconnect runners from their environment and themselves, many times causing injury to the self, and signaling apathy towards running mates. An interesting trifle for runners.

1.

Hopefully they won’t ban the robo-teddy motivational companions. Those actually help the runners to stay focused. :)

2.

Or perhaps the robo-teddy motivator should be replaced with a human version of the robotic camel jockey used in high-stakes desert races… :P
